Summerfield HOA #3 partners with Rain or Shine Landscape Maintenance, Inc.(Oregon License #6743) to enhance the beauty and upkeep of our community. This collaboration includes a comprehensive range of services such as lawn care, tree care, weeding, and leaf blowing, amongst many other tasks. Our goal is to ensure that our shared outdoor spaces remain vibrant and inviting for all residents.

Notice of Aeration

You may have noticed that our lawns were aerated today. Then they will be mown to break up the plugs. In the near future, there will be an application of fertilizer and spreading of sand. Tom of Rain or Shine has a new sand spreader which is supposed to spread sand evenly. This will need to be done when the temperature drops to a more normal temp.
