Jackie Barretta
President
Jackie has lived in Summerfield with her husband, Jim, since 2019. They’re snowbirds, going back and forth to Palm Springs, and they love to travel. Jackie was an Information Technology leader for over 40 years in Fortune 500 companies and universities, and she retired in 2023. She has been a prolific author on the power of emotions in groups, including a book, Primal Teams, which was published by the American Management Association in 2014. She is currently studying to be a Science of Mind practitioner, with a special interest in group consciousness.

Carol Livengood
Vice President
Carol moved to Summerfield with her late husband, Thom, in 2020. She retired from a 30 year career as a referral specialist at Olson Pediatrics that same year. Carol enjoys spending time with her family: 3 daughters, 2 grandkids, a daughter in law and son in law, and their pets. They have deemed Carol's house 'Momtazzi Commons' and visit often for meals, game nights, and holidays. Carol loves to travel, especially on cruises but also for a quick weekend trip to the beach or to wine country. She also likes walking, going to movies and visiting with friends. Carol also serves HOA 3 as the social chair.

Judy Cleeton
Treasurer
Judy moved to Summerfield in January, 2025. Judy was married for 51 years but sadly lost her husband in 2022. After some time she decided it would be best to become part of a community and she wanted to get back to playing golf. Moving to Summerfield has accomplished both of those goals. She looks forward to participating in other activities as she gets more settled. Judy has a daughter and son in-law with three grandchildren who live in the Tigard Metzger area. Her son and daughter-in-law-law and two grandsons live in Phoenix, AZ. Judy retired in 2013 after serving as the City Administrator/City Recorder of a small community down in the Valley. She brings with her some experience in taking minutes at a Council meeting and working with a board. She looks forward to serving the members of HOA#3.

Dianne Phelps
Director of Landscaping
My husband, Kip, and I have lived here 16 years, 10 of which I served as a director on our HOA board. I’ve been active in golf, line dancing, singing with Encore! and have been a member of the Clubhouse Committee. I am currently a director on the SCA Board, serving my final year. We are fortunate to have our three children and four grandchildren living nearby. I taught school in the Tigard-Tualatin district for 30 years at the elementary level. We love being retired and living in Summerfield, and we are so happy to have such wonderful neighbors.

Ron Kasabian
Director of Maintenance
Ron & his wife Donna moved to Summerfield in September of 2025, though they have lived in the Portland area since 2013. They also maintain a home just outside of Phoenix, AZ in a 55+ community where they spend part of their time. Ron spent his entire 38 year career working for Intel Corp and retired as a Vice President in 2018. Post-retirement, Ron spent 3 years as a part-time leadership coach to professionals. He also served 3 years on the board of Boys and Girls Aid, a Portland Non-profit that provides for children in need of foster care, housing, or adoption. These days he spends his time staying active (Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Hiking), traveling with Donna, and playing best friend with his 4 grandchildren & his dog Kacey.

Marci Pierce
Director at Large
Marci has lived in Summerfield with her husband Jim since 2023. She works full-time in Finance, and is looking forward to retirement in a couple of years. She has served as Treasurer for past community organizations in Oregon and California, and appreciates the value of a well-run homeowner association. Marci and Jim are fortunate to have their adult children living nearby and love hosting family get-togethers. You may see them walking their two little dogs in the neighborhood. They are often in their garden or lounging on their patio enjoying the beautiful views.
