Maintenance of Gutters & Downspouts

I wanted to let you all know that, starting this month, I will be asking for input/confirmation that owners are aware of, and satisfied with, the cleaning of gutters and downspouts on a regular basis.
Per our contract with Rain or Shine, the schedule for cleaning is as follows….
March, May, July, October, November, December - Roofs blown, gutters cleaned, and filter screens for downspouts (where the gutter connects to the downspout) cleaned.
March - Moss Treatment for roofs
April - Flush Downspouts.
At the end of each month where work is scheduled to be performed, I will be sending an email asking each household for your input as to how satisfied you are with any work that was scheduled that month. This will help us keep in touch with the satisfaction level of the our HOA3 community with the work that is being performed.
I encourage each household to reply back to with both favorable results, if you feel they are warranted, as well as concerns. The more input we get, the better we understand the level of our communities satisfaction with the work being performed.
And by the way, since it had been July since the gutters were last cleaned (per schedule), and because the weather has been cooperating, we decided to get an early start on the Fall (October) gutter cleaning which they completed earlier this week. So if you have any concerns with the cleanliness of your gutters right now, or if you’d feel like Rain or Shine did a good job, please let me know.
