Everyone who lives in Summerfield must live by the Summerfield Governing Documents.

In addition, each townhouse or condo association has its own Bylaw which pertains to them only.

You will find past Board minutes as well as the Annual Meeting minutes. 
 
The Townhouse #3 Board may not meet every month

As stated in our Bylaws; owners are responsible for purchasing insurance policies insuring their resident unit contents and their liability for any losses below the deductible amount.

 

HOA #3’s deductible amount is $10,000 for general loss and $20,000 for earthquake damage. 

  HOA #3 Homeowner Guidelines  

Everyone who lives in Summerfield Townhouse 3 HOA must live by the Governing Documents, which pertain to landscaping, monthly dues, and additional information for homeowners.
